Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what data we (DeMa) collect when you visit our site or place an order, how we store it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• When you browse: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Used only for analytics and abuse prevention.
• When you order: Your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. Order amount, items purchased, payment status.
• Order history: We keep a record of your past orders to honour loyalty pricing and offer support.
• Designs you upload: Stored only as long as needed to fulfil your order. Deleted from our systems within 90 days of dispatch unless you ask us to keep them for repeat orders.

Where it's stored

Your customer record and orders are stored in a private Google Sheets workbook owned by us. Payment data is handled by Razorpay (their privacy policy: razorpay.com/privacy). We do not see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials.

How we use it

• Fulfil and ship your order.
• Send you order updates by email or WhatsApp.
• Calculate your loyalty tier and notify you when better rates unlock.
• Occasional product updates — only if you opt in. Never sold or shared.

Who we share it with

Only with third parties strictly required to deliver your order:

• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post) — name, address, phone for delivery
• Google — our customer record is hosted in Google Sheets (Google Cloud, India region where available)

We never sell your data to advertisers, marketing companies, or anyone else.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements, e.g. GST records must be kept 8 years).
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time.

Cookies

We use minimal browser storage to remember your cart between visits. We don't use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or social media trackers.

Children

Our service is not intended for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Updates to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify existing customers by email if changes affect them materially.
